"Let It Go" 是華特迪士尼動畫工作室的2013年動畫作品冰雪奇緣當中的歌曲，由Kristen Anderson-Lopez和Robert Lopez作曲作詞。這首歌由美國女演員及歌手伊蒂娜·曼澤爾擔任片中角色——艾莎（Elsa）的配音以及演唱。這首歌在艾莎女王離開她的王國之後，獨自一人在冰天雪地的世界裡開始創造她的新王國時所演唱。歌曲同時表現艾莎女王了解自己不再需要隱藏自己的能力，而能夠重新開始自由使用這項能力。

製作過程

"Let It Go" 首先由Kristen Anderson-Lopez以及Robert Lopez為該部電影作曲。該團隊從迪士尼的其他電影取得靈感，例如小美人魚以及美女與野獸以及其他的歌手包括愛黛兒，en:Aimee Mann，女神卡卡，艾薇兒·拉維尼以及卡洛爾·金。雖然這首歌是寫給該電影中的重要角色艾莎女王，然而一開始該角色是一個反派。導演 Chris Buck 與 Jennifer Lee 後來將艾莎改寫成正派主角。

"Let It Go" 的主曲調為降A大調；然而這首歌一開始是F小調，一直到 Menzel 開始第二個段("Don't let them in, don't let them see") 轉成降EMixolydian 調。最後經過簡短的轉調，除了橋段部分主旋律發展回原來的降A大調，而橋段則是用降DMixolydian 調 以及降E Mixolydian 調。這首歌的速度為四，每分鐘137拍。歌手 Menzel 的聲域在F3(低音Fa)到E♭5(高音Mi降半音)。

作詞作曲者Anderson-Lopez 以及 Lopez 特別為 Idina Menzel 寫出這首歌，考量到她是「百老匯劇院」中擁有最壯麗的聲音之一，以及音樂劇當中深具特色」，在作曲的過程中，也考量過她的音域下製作本歌。

評論

"Let It Go" 收到了來自世界各地的電影評論者，音樂評論者和觀眾的熱烈好評。不過有人拿來與Defying Gravity做比較(同樣也是由 Menzel 演唱). The Rochester City Newspaper報稱作這是最好的原聲帶歌曲，並表示：「由 Idina Menzel 演唱有聲有色，這首歌擁有讓人長期喜愛的各項元素...Menzel 應該展現了如同她在女巫前傳 (音樂劇)」當中同樣的力道以及熱情。」 娛樂周刊的 Marc Snetiker 描述本首歌為「不可思議的解放之頌」(an incredible anthem of liberation) 紐約每日新聞的 Joe Dziemianowicz 則稱其為「 a stirring tribute to girl power and the need to 'let go' of fear and shame」。
